Refund Policy – Consulting for Flawless Logistics Inc.

All consulting fees are in USD and payable in advance or as stated in your agreement. By booking or signing a proposal, you accept this policy.

1. Strategy Sessions & Hourly Consulting

Payment is due at booking.
Reschedule once at no charge with 24+ hours’ notice.
Cancel 48+ hours before: refund minus non-refundable processing fees, or full credit.
Cancel 24–48 hours before: credit only, no refund.
Cancel under 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable.

2. Project-Based Engagements

Deposits and milestone payments reserve time and cover work performed.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once work begins.
If you cancel, you owe for work completed and reserved time. Any remaining prepaid amount may be credited or partially refunded at our discretion.
If we cancel (not due to your breach), we deliver completed work and refund unused prepaid fees.

3. Results

We provide expert analysis and recommendations but do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Dissatisfaction with results alone does not qualify for a refund.

4. Third-Party Costs

Fees paid to third-party tools or services are non-refundable, subject to their own policies.

5. Requests & Disputes

For a refund or credit request, contact us with your details and service information. We aim to respond within 7–10 business days. Before filing a chargeback, you agree to contact us so we can try to resolve the issue.
